We know plans change. If you have to, you can cancel your ride by logging into your account, following the cancellation steps, or calling us at 866-SURGEO5 / 866-787-4365. All cancellations must be made within the minimum cancellation window for your booked vehicle class.

Once booked, real-time driver & vehicle information is available beginning 2 hours before your pick-up time. This information can be found in your upcoming rides section corresponding to the upcoming ride. You’ll also get a text notification once your driver is on location for Your Pick Up.

Yes, Of Course! Although the less popular choice as it is time-consuming. The driver can meet you inside the terminal with your name sign for an additional inside pick-up cost of $35 plus parking cost added to your Flat Fare. Be sure to select this option during checkout.
The driver will meet you outside the main lobby of the hotel.

Surgeo can provide you with a car seat of your choice at an additional cost of $40 per car seat. We carry infant, toddler, and booster seats. Please note that by law, we can only provide you with the car seat rental; the parent or guardian of the Baby/Toddler/Child must secure the seat in place.
Don’t Panic. If Found, All recovered items will be returned to our headquarters. Surgeo is not responsible for any articles left behind in our vehicles, but we do our best to help you locate lost items.

NO! All pricing displayed is Per vehicle; as long as you don’t exceed the vehicle’s Passenger Capacity, you can bring as many people as you like!
NO! All pricing displayed is Per vehicle. As long as you don’t exceed the vehicle’s Luggage Capacity feel free to bring all the bags you need for your travel! However, Please note all luggage must fit inside the luggage compartment. As all vehicles are Luxury vehicles, luggage is NOT allowed inside the car.

All Surgeo Ride Prices are Displayed before Checkout, including tolls! Tolls for exiting or entering the NJ area are extra. Ride Prices are All Inclusive except for parking, stops, or any additional changes you wish to make while the ride progresses. If any of these charges occurred, they were added to your final bill.
Ride Fares Include Tolls except for Rides requiring exiting or re-entering the NJ-New Jersey State Line. For Rides requiring exiting or re-entering the NJ-New Jersey State Line, we charge for actual toll costs incurred between the pick-up and drop-off destinations.
Suppose you’ve selected an inside pick-up. In that case, the actual parking cost incurred is added to your final total or At selected airports and specific other locations where Drivers are required to pay for parking while waiting at a pick-up location or during a stop you make.
Stops are billed for the actual distance and time that occurred per insistence in addition to your Original Flat Fare. So each stop price may vary based on your specific request.
NO! We believe “Gratuity” (tip) is always rewarded at the passenger’s discretion based on the level of service they feel they received. Our Drivers are Front Line Workers who keep everyone moving with the utmost Quality Standards at Surgeo. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Tips are always appreciated.
Yes! If you want to tip your driver, you definitely can. The tip is 100% at your discretion. Drivers Keep 100% of the tip you give.
You can find details of your previous orders and how much you were charged in the ‘Rides’ section under the menu in the Surgeo app. You can also see a breakdown of your fare in the e-receipt sent directly to you after Ride Completion. If you believe your fare was charged incorrectly, contact our 24/7 customer care through the app menu —please have the details of your request ready, including your Ride confirmation #
